If you're feeling overwhelmed or on the verge of burnout, stepping outside into nature can work wonders. Personally, whenever I sense that I'm approaching burnout, I take a day off, regardless of the day of the week. This approach is crucial in preventing me from crossing that critical threshold into burnout, which could worsen my situation.
When feelings of loneliness arise, even in the presence of friends, turning to prayer can be a powerful remedy. There have been countless instances where I felt isolated despite being surrounded by others, and in those moments, prayer has significantly lifted my spirits.
