You might even find yourself in a pleasant experience by reframing the pressure as a soothing massage.

Or, you could venture into your etheric body and explore the spirit realm, perhaps even revisiting a past life. There’s also the option of doing nothing and seeing what experiences unfold, as you might find yourself taken unexpectedly.

As we accumulate experiences that feel like living double lives, could we witness an uptick in mental health issues? Heightened anxiety, unexplained blackouts, and responses akin to PTSD may result from external influences beyond our control.
