In life, when someone close to us chooses to grow or reclaim their strength, it often triggers resistance among those around them.

Greetings, World!
As autumn approaches, the air has turned crisp, signaling the end of a prolonged summer that has been particularly transformative for me. This season marked my first experience of solitude—not entirely alone, as I share my home with my sister and father, but on a personal level, solitude has been my constant companion over the past three months. Although challenging, I take pride in my journey. I have embraced this challenge and followed the intuitive guidance revealed to me through my dreams.
During this time when I needed support the most, insights—both spiritual and practical—came to me through my subconscious. I’ve realized that I’ve been navigating a significant transition, closing a chapter that involved numerous endings.
For those who might be new to my thoughts: you’ve found my journal. Each day presents fresh opportunities and lessons, and perusing past entries may provide deeper insights into my path. My aim is to maintain this journal for a full year, documenting my dreams in hopes of uncovering a narrative for a future book. Additionally, I aspire to encourage you to trust your intuitive wisdom—the inner compass we all have access to by looking inward and listening to our inner guidance.
The dream I will share today encapsulates the essence of my summer. Occurring on June 21st, the summer solstice, it revealed that dreams can serve as powerful allies, delivering clear messages if we take the time to decipher them—better yet, by writing them down. Recognizing the events of a dream gives it tangible form, allowing its meaning to crystallize.
That time was crucial for me, as I faced one of the most significant choices of my life—venturing into uncharted territory for the first time. It also marked the onset of my hermit phase, which coincided with the ending of a close friendship with my cousin, Davis. Our bond had once been strong, but recent occurrences led us to drift apart. Although he viewed our relationship as supportive, it had become detrimental to my well-being.
I chose to prioritize myself. I severed ties not only with him but also with his family to prevent myself from falling back into that unhealthy dynamic. Initially, it was difficult since I live in a small town, where the likelihood of encountering him was high. Thus, I devised a backup plan—venturing out in public was not an option for me.
Often, when someone decides to evolve or reclaim their power, those close to them may resist this change. They may try to hinder your growth because they lack the resolve and discipline to pursue their own. However, I was determined to elevate myself this time. During that period, tarot readings indicated I needed to distance myself from a negative male influence and implement a backup plan—this was serious.
Repeatedly, the tarot aligned perfectly with my energy, offering precise guidance. After all, embarking on a solitary transformative journey necessitates some form of divine assistance—my daily “oracles” served as my guides into the unknown.
My solution was straightforward: I remained home but engaged in outdoor activities in a nearby town, just a bike ride away. This allowed me to maintain my physical health while keeping a safe distance from triggers in my hometown.
Here’s the vision I experienced on June 21st, 2024, the Summer Solstice:
Summer had finally arrived. I found myself in a hidden space, nourishing my solitude and discovering how to be creatively alone.
In this dream, I received a clear affirmation that my decision to sever ties with my cousin was correct, and the universe was endorsing this choice. I was scaling a daunting mountain, climbing without gear on unstable terrain that threatened to crumble beneath me with each step. The colors in the dream were extraordinarily vivid. In the distance stood a mysterious female figure, her long dark hair flowing, possibly adorned with a hat. She reminded me of the Empress card from the tarot or perhaps a witch. Her silent presence imbued the scene with a sacred atmosphere, providing protection and vigilance.
As I ascended the mountain, I could feel her presence from afar. Instead of accompanying me, she remained stationary, calmly observing my perilous climb, fully aware that I lacked safety equipment against the sharp rocks below. Yet, despite the danger, I moved freely toward the summit.
Uncertain of my destination, I suddenly noticed a cartoonish rendition of my cousin Davis a short distance away, seated on a rock. Rendered in black and white, he waved at me, not truly himself but a puppet-like figure. His smile was fixed, yet his eyes appeared vacant and lifeless. He had an exaggerated belly, dressed in shorts, looking more like a mischievous child than an adult. He beckoned me as if directing me to approach him.
As I gazed upon him, an intense desire to reach out overcame me. I felt both physically and emotionally drawn to him. I began to climb more quickly, eager to connect, but each time I looked up, he had shifted positions. He continually moved—starting from the peak and gradually shifting to the right—forcing me to adjust my path. Instead of climbing higher, I found myself descending in an entirely different direction.
This frantic chase continued, and no matter how hard I tried, reaching him proved impossible. He kept moving, and I eventually returned to my starting point. Overcome with confusion and frustration—my goal had been to ascend the mountain, not pursue Davis—I searched for the female figure, but she had vanished. When I looked back at Davis, he too was gone, leaving me alone.
Panic set in. My objective had been to climb, not to be sidetracked by Davis. Now, without anyone around, I felt a sense of despair. I couldn’t reinitiate my ascent, as I had lost the focus and concentration required. To worsen my anxiety, the Empress figure had disappeared.
I surveyed the area and noticed a train station nearby. I assumed Davis might be there, possibly by the restroom. Disheveled, with dirt-streaked clothes and blood trickling from my nose and various wounds, I entered the bustling station, searching for the restroom, hopeful he would be waiting.
As I wandered, appearing disoriented, a stranger approached and asked if I needed help. I explained my search for the restroom, stating my cousin was waiting there. The tall man looked at me with disappointment, informing me that all trains had already departed and that Davis had taken the last one. He added that unless I had a destination, I was now alone and would have to sleep outside as the station was closing for the night, with no more trains ever leaving.
Overwhelmed by panic, I jolted awake.
In the days following this dream, I gained clarity on the true nature of my relationship with him—it served as a stark warning of what awaited me if I continued down that path.
I COMMIT MYSELF EVERY DAY WITH PASSION, AND THAT MAKES ALL MY DREAMS COME TRUE. I RELEASE ANY ATTACHMENT TO THE OUTCOME OF MY GOALS.
What truly matters is savoring life in the present and recognizing the miracles unfolding before us.
