In that moment, I felt an overwhelming sense of lightness and clarity, akin to inhaling deeply after a long period of holding one’s breath. Suddenly, I found myself in a new, uncharted space that could be filled with endless possibilities. This begs the question: is this mental realm always accessible? Or am I simply preoccupied with unnecessary drama and negativity?

But then, just like that, I was pulled back into the grind of worry. How is this even possible? It seems that habits can easily take over.

The “walls” I refer to symbolize the edges of my conscious perception—the narratives I continuously weave about myself and the world around me. These stories often dwell on the past or fret about the future, never allowing me to fully experience the present.

Consider this: each worry, fear, or negative thought distracts from the present moment, focusing instead on how we felt in the past or anticipate feeling in the future. They never challenge our current reality, instead reinforcing a fixed viewpoint that draws its strength from elusive dimensions. This fixation on yesterdays and tomorrows keeps us immobilized, making us feel disconnected from life itself.

It’s understandable, as life truly unfolds only in the NOW.

All we possess is this moment. When we dwell on what has been or what might be, it can harm our bodies on multiple levels, as we become stagnant and unable to allow positive energy to flow through us.

This energy can become trapped behind our self-imposed walls until it eventually erupts. While distractions may provide temporary relief, they cannot truly resolve the underlying issues. Interestingly, the goal is often to feel good in the present—but genuine happiness is attainable without relying on substances that can adversely affect our health.

To uncover what lies beyond these barriers, there exists a vibrant world where you can experience your true self in a new light. Your focus will shift to life itself, with the present moment becoming the ultimate source of joy, fully appreciated through all your senses.

This practice naturally fosters patience, as being present becomes the ultimate aim. It allows you to carve out time for reflection and deep exploration of various thoughts and ideas. Gratitude and joy emerge spontaneously, unlocking your innate creativity, where mistakes are merely opportunities for growth—just different experiences.

This is where the real excitement begins, where you can find flow. Interestingly, worry and fear cannot thrive in this space. Not because you are battling them furiously, but because they lack a connection to this present state. They cannot affect you unless you allow it.

This internal struggle is perhaps the most challenging of all, as it involves battling oneself. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with you.

Tuning into your authentic self—accessing the space beyond your worries, fears, and negative thoughts—is a skill that can be cultivated through daily practice and making room for yourself.

It's akin to exercising; with time, it can transform into a rewarding habit.
